Suspended Google Business Profile?
Let's get it back.
When your profile disappears, your calls disappear with it. Most suspensions are recoverable — if the first appeal is clean. I review your case for free, tell you what actually happened, and quote the work only if you need me.
Sound familiar?
- Your profile vanished from Maps and the phone went quiet the same week
- Google's notice says "suspicious activity" or "quality issues" and nothing else useful
- You appealed once already and got denied — or never heard back
- An agency or tool was managing the profile and you're not sure what they changed
- You're tempted to just create a new profile. Please don't. That makes it worse.
How it works
You send the details
What happened, when, and what Google's notice says. Five minutes of your time.
Free assessment
I review the suspension type, the likely trigger, and whether it's appealable — and tell you straight.
Clear quote
If hands-on help makes sense, you get a fixed quote before any work begins. If you can DIY it, I'll say so.
Evidence → appeal → follow-through
I prepare the evidence, file one clean appeal, and stay on the case until there's a decision.
What the work includes
Case diagnosis
Hard or soft suspension, profile-level or account-level restriction, and a reconstruction of what changed in the 30 days before the flag, including changes made by agencies or third-party tools.
Evidence preparation
The documents Google actually wants, checked so the name and address match the profile exactly before anything is submitted. You have 60 minutes once the evidence form opens; we don't waste them.
One clean appeal
Filed from the right account, against the right policy, with matching evidence. No duplicate submissions, no panic edits: the two things that delay decisions most.
Follow-through + prevention
Status monitoring until there's a decision, and a post-reinstatement audit so the same trigger doesn't take you down twice. While we wait, your citations and site visibility keep working.
What I won't promise
Anyone who guarantees reinstatement is lying to you. Google makes the decision, not the person filing the appeal, and some profiles genuinely aren't coming back.
If the assessment shows your case is straightforward, I'll tell you that too, and point you to the free step-by-step recovery guide instead of charging you for something you can do yourself.
Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee my profile gets reinstated?
No, and nobody honest can. Google makes the decision. What I control is the quality of the case: the right account, the right evidence, a clean appeal, and no panic moves that make things worse.
What does the free assessment include?
You tell me what happened and what Google's notice says. I review the suspension type, what likely triggered it, whether the profile is appealable, and what evidence you'll need. Then I tell you honestly whether you need help or can handle it yourself.
How fast can my profile be reinstated?
Google says some appeal decisions take up to 5 business days; complex cases take longer. No one can speed up Google's review. What a clean first appeal prevents is the weeks lost to rejected appeals and duplicate submissions.
What if my appeal was already denied?
A denied appeal narrows the options but doesn't always end them. Depending on the case there may be an evidence path or an escalation path. The assessment will tell you what's realistic, including when the honest answer is that the profile isn't coming back.
Do you work with businesses outside Kentucky?
Yes. Suspension recovery is entirely remote. I'm based in Kentucky and work with businesses anywhere in the US.
Every day suspended is a day your competitors answer your calls.
The assessment is free and the advice is honest. Worst case, you leave with a clear picture of your situation and a plan, even if the plan doesn't involve me.
